Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

* The product has a quality issue or arrived damaged
* The product received is significantly different from the description

We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

Due to the nature of essential oils and scented candles as personal and consumable products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Window

If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

* Products that have been opened or used
* Returns based on personal preference (e.g., scent preference)
* Requests made after the 7-day return window
* Issues not related to product quality

4. Damaged or Quality Issues

If your item arrives damaged or has a quality issue, please provide:

* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Clear photo or video evidence

Once confirmed, we will offer:

* A full refund, or
* A free replacement

Return shipping costs for quality-related issues will be covered by us.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

* Processing time: 3–7 business days
